Crystal
Medical Aesthetician & Owner
Crystal has been an aesthetician for over 20 years and working in the skin care industry since 2001.
In 2009 she worked as a Medical Aesthetician up until she moved to Madison to attend the University of Wisconsin-Madison to continue her studies in biology and pre-medical studies. Wanting to eventually to become a physician specializing in Dermatology, she continued to work as an aesthetician while attending school.
In 2013 she moved to Jefferson with her husband. After getting married and expecting their first child, she graduated and put medical school on hold.
After being blessed with 3 children, she decided to open KLAR Skin & Medical Spa.
Currently she has gone back to nursing school to be able to work along side our current nurse injector doing injectables. She specializes in corrective, preventative, anti-aging and acne treatments. With her background in Science and the Medical Field, she can help educate clients and treat them more accurately to help reach their individual skin goals. She looks forward to using her medical and skin care knowledge to educate clients and help them feel good about their skin.
Lauren
Office Manager
Before joining our team, she spent 16 years in education, where she developed a deep passion for helping others learn, grow, and feel supported.
Long before becoming part of the Klar team, Lauren was a client who fell in love with the experience of investing in her skin and herself. Through her own skincare journey, she discovered that aesthetics is about so much more than treatments—it's about confidence, self-care, and taking time to prioritize your well-being. That personal experience inspired her to become part of the team that helped her feel her best.
Lauren is excited to continue expanding her knowledge of the aesthetics industry and looks forward to welcoming clients, answering questions, and helping educate and support others as they begin or continue their own skincare journeys. She is passionate about creating a warm, inviting experience and helping every client feel comfortable, cared for, and confident from the moment they walk through the door.
Keely is a Registered Nurse with over 10 years of experience in the medical field.
She graduated from the Madison, Wisconsin Nursing program in 2015, and developed her skills providing direct inpatient care while working on a Medical/Surgical and Neurology unit at the William S. Middleton Memorial Veterans Hospital.
She realized her passion for Aesthetics & Beauty and has been helping her clients meet their goals as a certified aesthetic nurse injector for the last 7 years. Keely specializes in Botox, Lip Fillers and facial contouring.

Medical Aesthetician
Ellie is a Licensed Aesthetician and Laser Specialist with a genuine passion for all things aesthetics and skincare. She loves helping clients feel confident in their skin while creating personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual’s needs and goals.
Some of her trainings include Lasers, Peels, Microneedling, + Spray tanning. She is passionate about corrective skincare and results-driven treatments, and continues to expand her knowledge and skills within this growing industry.
Ellie believes that healthy skin is an important part of overall confidence and well-being, and she strives to make every client feel comfortable, educated, and cared for throughout their skincare journey.
Jazlyn
Medical Aesthetician
Jazlyn is a licensed esthetician, laser tech and certified Acne expert. She is most passionate about clearing patients from acne and educating clients on how to best take care of their skin for long term health.
Her training includes laser, peels, microneedling, dermaplaning, advanced facials, lashes, brows and spray tans.
Jazlyn's expertise lies in developing a perfect home regimen and pairing it with a personalized clinic treatment plan to make gradual steps towards your best skin.
Anna
Medical Aesthetician
Anna is a licensed esthetician and artist with a passion for helping patients feel confident in their own skin. She loves guiding people through their skincare journeys and creating personalized treatment experiences that help them achieve their goals.
Her favorite part of being an aesthetician is seeing the confidence her patients gain throughout their skincare journey. There’s nothing more rewarding to her than helping someone leave feeling happier, more confident, and comfortable in their own skin.
Reese
Aesthetician Assistant & Spray Tan Artist
Reese is on her journey to become a medical aesthetician. She has had a long journey of dealing with acne and started receiving various treatments at KLAR Skin & Medical Spa in early 2024.
Reese has seen drastic improvements in her skin as well as in her self confidence. The success in treatments and getting to know the staff is what has brought her to work at KLAR Skin & Medical Spa and choose this field as a career path.
Reese knows first hand how acne can impact self confidence and is here to help.
Dr. Siddiqui
Medical Director
After nearly two decades of caring for women, he realized that many of his patients wanted to look and feel better about themselves through aesthetic services.
With experience in minimally invasive surgeries, including robotic and laparoscopic procedures, Dr. Siddiqui expanded his medical expertise to include extensive training in aesthetic medicine.
He believes there’s a strong mind-body connection: If you look better, you feel better – and you make better health decisions.
