Place An Order & Pick Up In Office

Know what you need and want to send us your order for pickup? All orders may be picked up in person. If something is out of stock or backordered you will receive a call from us.

Gratuity is not expected but always appreciated, please know that the only forms of gratuity that are accepted is cash or Venmo.

 

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time. All appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 24hours will be charged 100% of the service(s) scheduled. Not showing up to an appointment will also result in the same fee. 

Consultations and injection follow up appointments will follow the same 24 hour policy but will result in a $100 fee.
A credit card is required to book and hold appointments. Cards that expire must be updated or an additional fee will be applied. If you cancel/no-show/reschedule less than 24hrs and we are unable to use the card on file an electronic invoice will be sent that needs to be paid same day or an additional late fee will be applied.
