TOX-Day Rules

TOX Day pricing will only apply when doing a minimum of 3 areas.If you’re coming for just one area, it will be full price.

It is first come first served. These days will fill up FAST and you are able to put yourself on a waitlist through our online booking site.

While we completely understand that things happen—cars break down, roads get closed, kids get sick—there’s no excuse for a same-day cancellation. Rescheduling on the same day is treated the same as a same-day cancellation. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance so that people on the waitlist can take your slot. If you cancel on the same day or no-show for your appointment on this day it will result in a fee. If you do not show up for your appointment you will also be put on a blacklist and not being able to book for tox day for 12 months. Late cancelations will result in being put on a waitlist and will no longer be able to schedule on future tox days until other clients have first selection of availability. Those people will be called the day prior to be given options of what is still left for appointments (if any).
